Tinsel & All That Glitters

I am LOVING all the glitz and glam that tinsel is bringing this season!  What fun and interesting ideas people have created with it and most importantly, how they modernized the old school tinsel to be fabulous and glittery!

So I decided to throw together a round up of your tinsel projects to inspire any last minute projects or New Year projects to come!  ENJOY!

Talk about simple, yet glam!  I love how Creature Comforts made these 5 minute wreaths with a wreath form and tinsel garland.  This gets me thinking, wouldn't a small version make for cute napkin rings!?

Martha Stewart always brings it.  I'm so in love with these easy drink stirrers.

Or some cute tinsel stars to add to your gifts, or even to hang!

I so love the simplicity, yet pizzazz this tinsel tree gives, found at Country Living.  I've got to figure out a way to make this!

This next project is brilliant!  Hank & Hunt creates a tinsel wrapped word.  So many ideas... a big HAPPY NEW YEAR in glittery tinsel!?
Allison, from House of Hepworths, guest posted at Under the Table and Dreaming showing how to make these easy peasy tinsel filled ornaments.  I just love the effect it gives off, so bright and glam!

Seriously.  Not a project, but this is stupid fun!  Tinsel tape for your gifts.. or add to some cylinder vases?!  Love this stuff!

Hope your holidays are full of SPARKLE.
Have a great day!

LOVE tinsel. I like its sparkle and it reminds me of Christmas at my grandparents. I just found two rolls of vintage tinsel (only about 1/2 wide) and I am in LOVE!
