I know, I know, it’s been awhile since I last posted.
Let me explain.
I just recently switched my blog over to WordPress. YAY!! I’m pretty proud of myself.
But for many reasons, it took a few months for everything to finally get straightened out. And, of course, I hit every roadblock imaginable! Oy!
Anyways, I’m back. And I’m hoping to post regularly once I get the hang of things here on WordPress.
So to kick things off, I want to share my niece’s sweet 16 party that we threw for her in December.
We stuck with mint, gold and black and I had a bit of a geometric twist to the decor.
And of course I wanted to add in some Christmas garlands. It was in December, how could I not!
A photo banner was a fun addition, it was fun to look back at her old pictures.
I loved being able to finally use the numbered mylar balloons. In gold.
I made a simple s’mores cake with this recipe and made the cake topper out of wire.
These gorgeous paper fans were a perfect match for her party.
Ranch popcorn & homemade watermelon gumdrops. Yes, please!
We also created a hot cocoa/hot apple cider bar for the winter birthday.
